Sreenath Vishnu
Vice Chairman
Second-generation leadership with a global outlook
Sreenath Vishnu has been one of the key forces in the growth and evolution of the Vishnu Namboothiri Group. A second-generation entrepreneur and postgraduate in Business Administration from VTU, he joined Brahmins Foods in 2006, working closely with his father and founder, Shri Vishnu Namboothiri.
Over the years, Sreenath played a significant role in strengthening the business, expanding its market presence and helping take the brand into a new phase of growth. But his journey has extended well beyond the organisation itself.
He has been selected as Co-Chair of the CII Family Business Sub-Committee, Southern Region Council, and has also served as Chairman of the CII Kerala State Council during 2020–21.
He is a Charter Member of TiE Kerala and a member of the Retailers Association of India.
Sreenath has also had the distinction of being part of two Presidential delegations representing India internationally.

Accompanied the Honourable President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, during the President's state visit to Sweden.
2018
Part of the delegation accompanying the Honourable President Shri Ram Nath Kovind during his visit to the Republic of Greece.

N. Manjari
Co-Founder
The quiet strength behind the foundation
Every enduring business has stories that are visible to the world. And then there are the stories that happen quietly behind the scenes.
N. Manjari has been one of those defining forces in the journey of the Vishnu Namboothiri Group.
Since 1980, her partnership with Shri Vishnu Namboothiri has played an important role in shaping the products, values and quality standards that eventually became deeply associated with the Group.
From the earliest days, quality was never treated as an abstract corporate principle. It was personal. Products were prepared, cooked and tasted at home by Manjari and Shri Vishnu Namboothiri before they reached consumers.
That hands-on involvement created a simple but powerful standard:
If it was not good enough for their own family, it was not good enough for the customer.
This attention to taste, consistency and detail became part of the culture that grew around the business. As Co-Founder, N. Manjari represents something fundamental to the Group's story — the belief that trust begins with what happens long before a product reaches the market. Her contribution is woven into the very foundation of the legacy.
Archana Sreenath
Executive Director
Bringing structure, vision and continuity to the next generation
Archana Sreenath joined the Vishnu Namboothiri Group in 2008, becoming an important part of the organisation's next phase of leadership.
A postgraduate in Master of Computer Applications (MCA), she brought with her a structured, analytical perspective and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
Working closely with Sreenath Vishnu, Archana has played an important role in strengthening the organisation's operations and supporting its continued growth.
Her leadership combines discipline with adaptability.
As the business evolved, so did the complexity of its operations, markets and responsibilities. Archana's contribution has been particularly important in helping the organisation move forward with greater coordination, efficiency and focus.
Beyond her formal responsibilities, she is known within the organisation for her work ethic, commitment and ability to keep teams aligned around a common objective. Her leadership represents the evolving character of the Vishnu Namboothiri Group: rooted in family values, but prepared for modern business. As Executive Director, Archana continues to contribute to the Group's transformation while helping preserve the standards and principles that shaped its earlier generations.

A result-driven senior management professional with 25 years of experience across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Administration, known for building and scaling businesses through strong operational setup, team leadership, and distributor-led market expansion. Proven track record of launching new divisions and products, driving consistent double-digit growth, strengthening key accounts, and improving efficiency through disciplined execution and cost control. Experience includes multi-state operations, institutional sales, negotiations, CRM governance, sales performance management, inventory and procurement management. Strong focus on people development and business growth through successful product launches and professional engagement programs like CME, DGM (Doctors Group Meeting), PMS (Post Marketing Study), Symposium Product Launches, Conferences & International Trips
