Experience Delicious & Seasonal Food at Vishnu Bhavan

Traditional Kerala cooking can take time, and finding all the ingredients isn’t always easy. Products like these make it much more practical to enjoy familiar dishes during a busy week.

Avial has always been one of those dishes that reminds me of family lunches in Kerala. Having an easy option in the freezer means I can enjoy those flavours even when I don’t have the time to prepare everything from scratch.

We tried a selection of curries and snacks for a family get-together, and they were a big hit. Everyone had their own favourite. It made serving a variety of traditional dishes much simpler.

What I appreciate most is the convenience. On busy days, being able to prepare a familiar Kerala dish quickly makes a real difference. It saves time without taking away the experience of enjoying traditional food.

Living away from Kerala, I often miss the familiar flavours I grew up with. Vishnu Bhavan makes it so much easier to enjoy those traditional favourites again. The taste feels comforting, familiar and surprisingly close to a home-cooked meal.
